Training Coordinator

SUMMARY:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for accessing training needs and works with management to plan, coordinate, and deliver programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the company’s employees. The Training Coordinator evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth and is responsible for documenting training activities and developing reports on training outcomes. Process Engineer

SUMMARY:
Southern Ionics Minerals has an opening for a Process Engineer who is proficient in slurry pumping; works in MS Excel, Word and Access; and has a BS/MS in mining engineering and/or mineral processing. A key responsibility of this position will be to ensure quality products are being produced that meet customer specifications at the highest recovery and highest throughputs achievable. This is done through daily coordination with production and analysis of mill assays to determine what changes are needed. In addition, the Process Engineer role will lead process improvement efforts for the Offerman Site. For information: 912-647-0301.
